I am a fully qualified professional counsellor. I have a BAHons in counselling. I offer affordable therapy either online or face to face.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

I studied an integrative approach so this gives me a number of different options to which service I can provide. I was a bus driver for 20 years and I transported elderly and disabled people all around the county. This experience gave me the skills I am now using with my counselling . I have recently completed an online course with the Open University on counselling online and over the telephone. This is another method I can use to offer counselling to those people who may have difficulties leaving their homes. I am a member of the BACP and I have an up-to-date DBS check, with public liability insurance.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

I let the client lead and work at their pace. I do not apply any pressure on people and I am available after the session via phone, email or WhatsApp. I believe that counselling is an ongoing process that goes beyond the confines of a therapy room or Zoom meeting area.
