I'll be by your side, using a bunch of different approaches, but mainly focusing on what's called a person-centred approach. Basically, it's all about building a solid relationship based on trust and respect, so you feel completely comfortable comfy opening up to me.

Background & Counselling Qualifications

I have a Postgrad Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of East London and combine this with over a decade of experience working in education and charities with young people, promoting wellbeing and good mental health. Alongside private practice, I currently serve as Mental Health Lead in a secondary school.

I also ensure I keep my skills up to date by undertaking continual professional development.

Approach to Counselling & How I Work

As an integrative therapist, I blend different techniques to suit you best. Your input matters; I respect your life experience while bringing my professional insight.

I offer a free 20-minute chat to get to know each other and go over how I work. We'll start with six weeks to build trust, then review and adjust. Regular check-ins keep us on track.
