Ruth Appiah-Dodoo Counselling

Ruth Appiah-Dodoo
Counsellor in Croydon

I offer an integrative person-centred/psychodynamic approach to the therapeutic relationship, with a focus on a safe space and supporting presence; listening as clients find their ‘voice' and get the chance to be heard, sometimes for the very first time.

I work with adults and young people experiencing a range of challenging issues including, domestic violence/abuse, trauma, conflict, anxiety - supporting the decision to seek help as they look to balance mind, body and self. I offer a professional, non-judgmental environment in which you can explore past and present and look to the future.

I am inspired by my client work, I want to continue growing and learning, building on my experience and enriching the skills and service I bring to those I am privileged to share this vocation with.
