The most important aspect of counselling is the trust that can be built between yourself and myself, so you can feel that you can talk openly about aspects, experiences or issues in your life which are causing you concern, without fear of judgement. Talking and exploring these issues can often feel like a weight has been lifted from you. This will all be done in a safe, comfortable and confidential setting, face to face or online. I have experience of working with a variety of issues and have had the privilege to work with people through bereavement, anxiety, redundancy, parenting difficulties, physical injuries and life after prison, amongst other aspects of life. It's for these reasons its really important to find a counsellor you feel you can trust and talk openly with.

I offer you a free 30 minute online or telephone session for you to meet me and see what you think. I'm only too aware that counselling can, for some people, be a huge step and that it is never easy to look to get some help. You've already taken the first step by visiting here.
