"I began my career in Nottinghamshire in 1993, training to become a mental health nurse within Forensic Services. I then transitioned to Acute Psychiatry, Addiction, and eventually Community Nursing. This journey has provided me with considerable experience in helping people with a wide range of issues, including trauma, low mood, anxiety, and parenthood.
Currently, I am completing my final weeks of Cognitive Analytic Therapy training (CAT), having trained for three years within this model. CAT is an extremely effective time-limited therapy for working with a wide range of issues. I collaborate with clients to understand how their earlier life and relationships can impact them now.
Additionally, I am a qualified EMDR therapist."

I would offer a compassionate space to discuss your current problems, how they are impacting your life and the underlying causes, working collaboratively to explore these issues in a non-judgmental way.
