My own journey began with a near-death experience at the age of 12, which opened my awareness to the loving presence of spirit & the universe. Combined with my studies in Psychology and my personal healing journey, this path has taught me that transformation begins when we become truly aware of ourselves.

Clients often share that they feel lighter, more centred, and more at peace after our sessions. That is the gift of awareness—it is not something I give you, but something already within you, waiting to be remembered.
