I found tapping in 2001and it literally changed my life. I'd studied many modalities, psychology, mind power, positive affirmations which had small shifts but nothing as dramatic as Emotional Freedom Techniques. I studied it through Gary Craig and adopted many different methods from his followers.
My chronic anxiety disappeared, a life-long cat allergy vanished and I started long distance running. I was convinced.
I incorporated it into my complementary health practice and had amazing results with my clients too.
I love the simplicity of it's application but relish the process of helping people help themselves.
I've had extensive experience with trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self confidence and a huge range of physical ailments.

Decades later I find myself on an adventure of travel, living nomadically and loving it. Before tapping, I was scared to leave my suburb. I do interviews with strangers for my podcast which had been a life long dream but was always too shy and full of excuses.

After a life full of negative self talk, I'm now one of the most positive people and I know it's because I looked at my dark stuff and tapped.
It's changed my life for the better and I know it will change yours. The key is - to let it!

Approach to Emotional Freedom Technique & How I Work

I am very casual in my approach and keep it more conversational than formal. I listen for hints and indications as to where the client finds themselves and approach issues very gently from the outside.

Every client is different and every session is different and I love the variety.

My philosophy is one of a giant jigsaw puzzle and I observe patterns and beliefs that have shaped the overall picture.

I believe everyone has the capacity to change and be the best version of themselves, but first, we have to accept the present place and situation before any radical shifts happen.

Sometimes one session gets the results the client wants, deeper issues require more sessions and a loose maintenance plan is recommended.

Investing in your mental health is as important as giving your body proper nutrition and exercise. A healthy balance is the goal.
