Hi my name is Yvette from Discovering You. I am fully qualified Counsellor Member registered with BACP, EFT practitioner registered with the AAMET and Life Coach.

I can assist you with a range of issues, problems and difficulties that you may be experiencing in your life such as Anxiety, Abuse, Loss, Divorce, Depression, Career path, Cancer support, Pain management, PTSD, Rape crisis, Self harm and Low self esteem. It is my aim to provide you with a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment where I can help you on your journey in a confidential manner.

I know how difficult it is to face your emotions so I work in a person centred way integrating transformational tools such as CBT, EFT, NLP, Focusing therapy, TA, Mindfulness and Inner child work.

I worked in a Financial and banking background for many years before I changed my Life path. I have been in private practice since 2010 and own a Health and Wellbeing events business because I am passionate about helping people to work with the mind and body, and facilitate a plan to help them reach their full potential. I have counselled for Southend Councils Early Help Family support unit and currently for Open Adults Counselling service.
