My background spans local authority services, youth offending teams, and specialist interventions addressing substance misuse, self-harm, exploitation, and family crisis.

I am trained in psychodynamic counselling, brief focused solution therapy, and motivational interviewing, combining professional insight with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. I have extensive experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and have led multidisciplinary teams supporting families at critical moments. I am passionate about empowering parents and young people to rebuild connection, strengthen resilience, and create safer, more positive futures.
