Rocio is a qualified herbalist and naturopath based in London.
After years of working as a nurse and becoming disappointed with some of the conventional medical treatments, she decided to study herbalism and naturopathy at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Rocio focuses on digestion health, nervous system support, women's health and optimising general health, rejuvenation and vitality as one of her key principles is prevention rather than cure.

Rocio is a registered children's nurse and health visitor and has a particular interest in children's health and women's health in the context of pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period. She is currently training with INNATE Traditions to become an INNATE postpartum care practitioner to offer holistic pregnancy and postpartum care that is rooted and informed by the innate physiological design of mother and baby.

Approach to Herbal Medicine & How I Work

I work by completing a comprehensive and thorough holistic assessment which is an initial assessment.
Depending on the client's presentation, I will choose appropriate herbs and make a herbal prescription, usually a tincture but it could be a herbal powder or a herbal tea.
Our follow up is usually one month after - recommend to work with herbal medicine for at least 3 months or longer if you are experiencing a chronic health problem.
I also give lifestyle and diet recommendations as these will be very important and greatly affect the outcome. I might suggest some supplements too.
