I use an integrated approach, primarily solution focused tailored to meet your desired outcomes. At the first meeting we discuss what you want help with, how you prefer to work, number of sessions as appropriate, programme of work, fees and terms.
I work holistically, considering the individual, the 'family' system, context and relationships. I work with individuals face to face and sometimes on-line, and couples face to face.
To support you between sessions I often coach you through self help processes.. I also offer personalised hypno-therapeutic recordings for self relaxation or to focus attention for a specific event.
Sessions are usually 1 or 1.5 hours, and I work from 10 am to 6.00pm ( last appointment) Tuesday to Thursday. Mondays from 2pm to 6pm and Fridays from 10 to 2pm.

I am currently working with individuals, couples on line ( zoom and similar platforms and telephone). I am accredited and have trained in a wide range of approaches so I integrate a range of psychotherapeutic interventions according to your desired outcome. Initiallly I prefer to have a 15 minute call to discuss your requirements and how I may help. At our first meeting of 1 hour we discuss what you want to achieve, how you prefer to work, potential number, timing and length of sessions, so the therapy you require is tailored for your needs. Fees vary according to the length of sessions and the kind of therapeutic approach. e.g. a specific issue e.g. phobias, stop smoking, state of mind for performance, hypnotherapy is very focused and can be between 4 and 6 sessions of up to 1.5 hours. If you prefer longer term counselling, to resolve relationship, deeper or traumatic issues this is often on - going for 1 hour on a weekly basis. If you have suffer from anxiety or PTSD then we may use a process called EMDR, which is very effective in helping to resolve such experiences and can be up to 1.5 hours.
