My training in hypnotherapy through the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, with accreditation from the NSTT and NCHP, supports work with focused attention, imagery, and altered states of awareness to help access inner resources and deepen self-understanding.
I am currently a psychotherapy trainee with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, with my work influenced by integrative and pluralistic thinking, meaning I draw from different therapeutic approaches in response to each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Alongside this, my training includes Gestalt in Action with The Gestalt Centre, which informs a relational, present-focused way of working, and Co-Counselling International through the CCI Network, which has shaped my values around mutuality, listening, and shared humanity.
Alongside my therapeutic training, many years of engagement with dance and embodied practice inform how I attend to sensation, movement, and the body as part of the therapeutic process.
I am a qualified therapist trained in hypnotherapy and integrative talking therapy. I work with adults experiencing stress, overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, low mood, sleep difficulties, and experiences of pain or tension held in the body. I have particular experience supporting neurodivergent clients, LGBTQIA+ clients, and people from marginalised and intersectional backgrounds. My work is informed by many years of professional experience alongside diverse communities, including autistic adults and young people, refugees and asylum seekers, and people navigating crisis related to mental health or substance use.
My approach is integrative, relational, and body-informed. I offer therapy in a confidential, collaborative, and caring setting, where you are welcomed just as you are. I work at a pace that suits you and your needs, allowing space for safety, curiosity, and trust to develop.
I draw on hypnotherapy, talking therapy, and embodied practices, gently inviting awareness of the body's signals as another way of understanding experience. This can support deeper listening, connection, and insight, particularly where words alone may feel limited.
My work is shaped by my intersectional identity and many years of experience working alongside people from diverse and marginalised communities. I bring values of justice, integrity, creativity, and care into the therapeutic space, and aim to meet each person with openness, respect, and without assumptions.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you already carry deep knowledge about what you need. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, gentle challenge, and space for that inner wisdom to be recognised and trusted.
