I offer both short-term and long-term sessions, allowing us to progress at your pace. I provide both online and face-to-face sessions, available throughout Mid Sussex, West Sussex, and East Sussex.

Background & Hypnotherapy Qualifications

I have experience working with addiction , family issues and relationships, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and self-esteem and confidence. With a history in the care sector, I am also able to offer a home service for those unable to access the community.
I am fully qualified and registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
