As a qualified hypnotherapist with a background in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, I support people in gently addressing these presenting issues.
Having experienced anxiety myself, I understand how consuming it can feel, and I bring this insight into a compassionate, evidence-informed approach tailored to you. Each session is designed to help you feel supported, empowered and confident in your ability to create positive and lasting change.

Approach to Hypnotherapy & How I Work

My approach is tailored specifically to each client. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles along with clinical hypnosis I aim to target specific unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours associated with your presenting issue.
By working together and focusing on real life trigger situations we are able to remove these unwanted symptoms as well as build confidence to improve your underlying state of mind, ensuring real long-lasting change in your life and allowing this positive change to spill over into other parts of your life.
