Hi, I'm Daniela - Certified Coach, Accredited Counsellor and Registered Mental Health Practitioner, with over 12 years of experience working in the healthcare arena.
I believe that people are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of, with the right attitude and the right support. My passion, reflected in my professional approach, is to help people improve their mental and emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Through my online company, New Beginnings Life Counselling, I am offering life coaching, counselling, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) sessions, available and most importantly, affordable for everyone. The story behind New Beginnings is a simple and beautiful one: in Japanese culture, the cherry blossoms (Sakura) represent a variety of concepts, including the beauty and fleeting nature of life. Tied to Buddhist themes of mortality, mindfulness, and living in the present, the cherry blossoms are a timeless metaphor for human existence, a symbol of renewal and hope, representing the promise of new beginnings. Everything changes eventually.
New beginnings mean that you are allowing yourself to accept changes that might bring good things to you and that you are open to thousands of new opportunities that will define a new version of your personality. New beginnings give you the freedom to make choices for yourself and to know your worth once again. It means to understand that life could be better if chosen wisely. It means to learn things broadly and carry different perspectives.
New beginnings mean allowing yourself to move forward in life, with a new story about yourself - your choices, dreams, survival & happiness.
