Note: At the moment I only work with women, in my home practice in Woodford (Central Line Access).

I have been a psychologist-therapist-healer for nearly a decade working on mind-body-soul levels with people from all walks of life and with all kinds of challenges from severe childhood trauma to existential crisis to low self esteem to relationship struggles to physical pain and chronic health conditions. My approach is compassion-based and I am guided by Spirit and Universal Love principles in my encounters with clients.

I am also experienced in working with those who are going through a transformative journey of spiritual awakening (emerging through deep meditation, significantly challenging life experiences, or plant medicine ceremonies), or Kundalini activation, or navigating the depths of a dark night of the soul. It is very common to feel unsettled, ungrounded or confused after such experiences and you may benefit from guidance, grounding, energy clearing and a safe supportive space to find new directions in life. 

Going through awakening may not only stir up unresolved traumas and deep seated fears but can also create tension, division, and conflict in close relationships. I can support you in navigating those challenges. 

Having come through a long period of awakening and confusion myself, with intuitive understanding and compassionate presence, I am able to assist you in harnessing your inner strength, finding solace in the midst of chaos, and emerging from the depths of your soul's darkness with newfound clarity and purpose.

I offer Counselling, Coaching, Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Rebirthing Breathwork, Shamanic Healing, Divine Mother Healing and Voice & Sound Healing from my warm welcoming home office in Woodford, London.

I also offer Ecotherapy sessions in Epping Forest & Highams Park, which include walk and talk counselling, deepening connection with Mother Nature, grounding and releasing practices, guided meditations, herbal ceremonial drinks (unique to each client), as well as energy clearing.
