My speciality is in working with women who are looking to change their career path or find and follow an aligned life purpose.
I have been trained for many years in various psychological, coaching, artistic and healing modalities; I have a doctorate in Psychology and have earned other coaching, art therapy and healing qualifications along the way. In my work with clients I prefer to use the word "coach". Because to me it carries a sense of trust, friendliness, warmth, guidance and equality, which are the pillars of my work with those who seek my support.

I have explored many career paths! (Architecture, Psychology, Healing, & Arts) and I am continuously expanding and shifting my trajectory, so I am very well aware of both internal and external challenges and blocks on the way to finding your true calling!?

My approach to coaching is gentle, creative, embodied, and spiritually grounded, supported by my extensive training and experience as a Counselling Psychologist and many years of continued study in coaching and therapeutic arts practices.

We meet you where you are, cultivating gratitude for how far you have already come with compassion and understanding, while keeping our eyes on and moving towards your most passionate meaningful wild life destination.

This allows the work to be both deeply intuitive and safely held, combining emotional depth with creative exploration.
Everything I offer can be integrated seamlessly into online sessions; the depth of transformation comes from intention, presence, and the space we create together, not physical proximity.
