Many people come to me feeling like they've lost themselves. Pain, anxiety, low mood, or long-held labels can slowly take over until life feels smaller and heavier than it used to.

I support people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or defined by what they're struggling with to reconnect with who they truly are beneath it all. This work is about helping you feel like yourself again; not fixing you, but gently guiding you back to your own sense of identity, safety, and inner strength.

You don't need to know exactly what you need or have the right words. We begin where you are.

Background & Life Coaching Qualifications

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I understand how deeply the mind and body are connected, and how pain, trauma, and emotional experiences can be held within the body over time.

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Healer, Meditation Teacher, Coach, and Tarot Practitioner. Rather than following a rigid method, I draw from these approaches intuitively and responsibly, choosing what best supports each individual client.

I am deeply passionate about holistic healing and creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can unfold naturally.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

My approach is holistic, gentle, and client-led. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and understood, not when we're pushed or rushed.

We work with the mind, body, and subconscious together, recognising that symptoms often have deeper roots. Rather than working against what's showing up, we listen to it and explore what it may be communicating.

This work isn't about reliving everything or being forced to talk. It's about creating space for awareness, release, and reconnection at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are calm, supportive, and tailored entirely to you. There is no pressure to share anything you're not ready for, and no expectation to "perform" or explain yourself perfectly.

Some people notice shifts quickly, while others experience change gradually over time. Both are valid. The aim is always to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

You don't need to be "ready" or have it all figured out, just open to beginning.

From there, I'll suggest options that feel supportive and appropriate for you. Some people choose single sessions, while others prefer a short series of sessions for deeper support. We can discuss what feels right for you, with no pressure or commitment.
