I'm Emma, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher based in Widdrington Station in Northumberland. I also offer local mobile appointments.

I offer Reiki healing sessions and Usui Reiki Training at all levels. I enjoy incorporating a variety of sound and bioresonance healing techniques and crystal healing to complement my Reiki healing sessions, if desired by the client.

I have been practicing Reiki since 2015 and teaching since 2018. Over my years of experience I have been fortunate enough to serve a wide range of people, including people with complex needs and physical disabilities, people suffering from emotional trauma, women in pregnancy and the elderly. I have offered my Reiki healing services in a variety of environments including client's own homes, residential and sheltered accommodation environments, MBS fairs across the North of England and also at staff wellbeing days in schools.

I have personally found Reiki healing to be wonderfully supportive in helping me to come to a place of inner peace, balance and empowerment on my own healing journey after experiencing bereavement-related PTSD. I truly believe that the power of Reiki healing can affect positive change in all aspects of life.

I am also certified as an Animal Reiki practitioner and have experience of working with a variety of household pets and horses.

Additional therapies I practice are Soul Realignment, Quantum Frequency Healing and Indian Head Massage.

My own spiritual awakening was triggered back in 2005 with the unexpected loss of both of my parents when I was just eighteen. They passed away within a year of each other after suffering complications from chronic disease that came on very suddenly. This unanticipated and traumatic experience of finding myself orphaned at a young age was the catalyst that initiated my own healing journey and sparked my desire to understand the deeper workings of life, my higher purpose and how I could reconnect with my inner peace and wellbeing after going through years of PTSD, crippling anxiety and depression. 

I spent many years studying in the holistic healing arts, including herbalism, energy healing, sound and crystal healing, psychic development and Usui Reiki to Master Teacher level.  Reiki healing and Soul Realignment in particular played a significant part in my personal healing journey and I ultimately found that by reconnecting with my deeper truth and higher consciousness I was able to make empowering shifts in my life. I now see that the painful experiences I went through held a precious gift; the opportunity to find my own holistic healing path that led to a reconnection with my soul purpose.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

My therapy work is based on a combination of holistic and spiritual principles of health and wellness and is focussed on healing at the multidimensional level of being; incorporating body, mind and spirit as one.

When I meet a new potential client I always take the time to understand where they are at their current point in life and what their unique needs are when it comes to their healing journey so I can be sure to offer the Highest level of service.

My favourite aspect of my business is connecting with my clients and seeing the positive transformation that they experience. Also, it's such a positive feeling doing work that lights me up and knowing that my work is aligned with my higher purpose and is a reflection of my authentic truth.
