Looking at the whole system brings to light dynamics that are normally hidden below the surface. Once these dynamics are revealed and acknowledged, burdens lightened and entanglements relax. I offer one to one sessions online, with either figures or live representatives, as well as regular in person family constellations workshops in London. I can also combine constellations within an on-going coaching relationship.

I trained as a coach and became certified in 2008 as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and I have completed an intensive 18 month Family Constellations facilitator training with Barbara Morgan.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

In a family constellations session, we will have a short discussion to uncover what you are bringing and what you would like to get out of the constellation. We then set up either figures or people to represent the different people and elements relevant to your issue. Then we see how the representative interact, what feels come up and what is happening in the moment. We might look for entanglements, excluded people and use healing sentences and ritual work to bring the system back into balance. Family constellations are not easily understood with the rational mind - the best way to understand them is to experience them, whether as a client, a representative or in the holding circle.

Additional Rate Information

A family constellation will normally be up to 1.5 hours. I offer on-going coaching as 2 x 45 minute sessions per month.
