Lena works with women locally and globally who feel a call to make their biggest dreams come true, to step into their soul's calling, to heal on a fundamental level and to return to love.

Background & Life Coaching Qualifications

In 2011, I experienced an awakening that ushered me on the path of my own healing and the activation of my psychic abilities and gifts of healing. I started my journey as a facilitator and healer in 2012, and qualified in various bodywork and energy healing modalities. I was lovingly encouraged by mentors and wise medicine people who have taught me throughout my trainings to recognise my own abilities and forge my own path. This has deepened my abilities to see into the unseen and my mediumship. I hope to instill that same trust in you to find what is yours to do and support you in doing it. When supporting you, it is important to me to point you towards yourself, to your potential and your truth.

My Specialisms

I specialise in the work with women and families. I support women through the walks of womanhood and motherhood. From conception of a baby or business, to birth, through loss or bigger life transitions, stepping into power and voice into calling and sharing of your own medicine with the world, to relationships and family. I provide that safe blanket for you to reinvent yourself and return home to yourself. I help you transcend the old stories into your power. I believe we all choose a destiny and it is your birthright to be abundant and happy.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

I help you empower yourself so you can stand fully rooted in your own truth. In my work, I focus on the inner world through which we change the outer. We look into the inner family, the dynamics within to bring about balance and change to our life. To live fulfilling lives with a sense of purpose, we must mend the relationship with ourself from the inside out. I support you in discovering the truths in your heart that set you free. I believe our heart is our best guide. In your heart, you have all the answers. I work online via Zoom or In Person in my oasis/healing space that gives you that yummy feel good vibe to dive into the wonderfull-ness that is you.
