Maria Eve
Life Coach in Bakewell

I work with people who feel ready for meaningful change, people who are questioning long-held roles, navigating complex family dynamics, or preparing to step into a more self-directed way of living and working.
My work is grounded, relational, and integrative. Drawing on a strong psychotherapy background, I work in a coaching-informed way that supports insight, emotional regulation, and forward movement. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who function well externally yet feel held back by internalised expectations, early relational patterns, or self-doubt.
I work with both women and men, often supporting clients to explore the impact of early family relationships, including mother-daughter dynamics, on confidence, identity, and decision-making in adulthood.
I offer a calm, reflective space where patterns can be understood and gently challenged, allowing clients to reconnect with their own authority, clarity, and capacity for change.
I am based in Bakewell and work exclusively online with clients across the UK, including many professionals living in or connected to London

Background & Life Coaching Qualifications

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an MA in Psychotherapy, alongside a Diploma in Executive Coaching, which informs the balance of depth and direction in my work.
My training also includes a Diploma in Hypnosis, Diploma in Thought Field Therapy (Tapping), Certified Shadow Work, and Level 3 Body Code Practitioner training. These approaches support working with emotional patterns, nervous system regulation, and subconscious material where appropriate.
I also hold a Diploma in Clinical Supervision and am accredited with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I work ethically and in line with professional standards.

Approach to Life Coaching & How I Work

My Approach
My approach is integrative and relational, informed by psychotherapy and coaching principles. I work collaboratively, supporting clients to explore both emotional history and present-day patterns, while keeping sight of where they want to move forward.
Alongside reflective dialogue, I incorporate body-based and subconscious-focused methods where appropriate, including elements of Body Code work, to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. This allows us to work not only with insight, but with how experiences are held in the body and beyond conscious awareness.
Clients often describe the work as both containing and empowering, offering space to reflect deeply while building momentum for change.

How I Work
I offer online sessions only, working with adults across the UK.
Sessions are reflective, supportive, and gently challenging. We work at a pace that feels safe while also encouraging movement where change is ready to happen. My role is not to advise or direct, but to support self-understanding, internal authority, and conscious choice.
I work best with clients who are motivated for change and open to exploring both emotional depth and practical next steps.
