I am a Bodymaster Practitioner, Sports Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapist & Holistic Therapist. I am also qualified to use Acupuncture for musculoskeletal conditions and just obtained the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine.

I assess, treat and help rehabilitate to relieve pain from injuries and chronic conditions, restore function and improve balance and/or performance in athletes or improve quality of movement in non active individuals.

I use variants of body realignment, advanced massage techniques, stretching, taping and electrical modalities as required.

My Specialisms

I have numerous qualifications and experience in many areas of therapy with previous nursing agency experience working with people with physical disability, mental health problems and learning disabilities.

This helps me to identify and relate to many people.

I have years of clinical experience with most sporting disciplines having worked in the Peak Sporting Performance Clinic based at Oxford University Soorts Ground, where all teams have access to the clinic.

Experience with International and World level athletes. I have a particular interest in Equestrians, as I am too am a rider.

Approach to Massage Therapy & How I Work

I take an individual holistic approach as we are all very different. An imbalance in one area may cause pain in another.

One has to take on the role of a body detective unravelling the history and carefully treating all the underlying issues, rather than just treating the area of pain.
