Approach to Therapy & How I Work

A brief consultation is given on the initial visit to assess the needs of the client, and a treatment plan agreed on as a result.
The site of the pain is given priority for immediate comfort, and then other areas are also addressed, which may be contributing to the problem. This can often be postural and/or any kind of repetitive strain in your everyday activities.
Homecare advise is also given, stretches, posture etc to help prevent the problem returning in the future.
I use a range of clinical massage and CranioSacral Therapy techniques in my treatments to try and bring about a change in your condition.
