Massage Therapist in Brighton

I have been working for over fourteen years in massage therapy, specialising in clinical deep tissue massage, sports massage and chronic pain management. I am situated in Central Brighton, East Sussex, and work from home in a friendly relaxed environment, with easy on-street parking.

If you have pain from a sports injury, postural imbalance or more general muscle tension from overuse or repetitive movements, massage can really help address this as well as increasing the range of your movements and flexibility, enabling you to reach your best possible performance. I can help you to obtain and maintain optimum movement when used as part of a healthy lifestyle, using cutting-edge advanced massage techniques with powerful lasting results.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

A brief consultation is given on the initial visit to assess the needs of the client, and a treatment plan agreed on as a result.
The site of the pain is given priority for immediate comfort, and then other areas are also addressed, which may be contributing to the problem. This can often be postural and/or any kind of repetitive strain in your everyday activities.
Homecare advise is also given, stretches, posture etc to help prevent the problem returning in the future.
I use a range of deep tissue techniques in my treatments to try and bring about a change in your condition.
