Naturopath (Dip Naturopathy)
I am also a member of the London Acupuncture Childbirth Team, ACT (www.actlondon.net/) and a practitioner member of the Governing Board of the British Acupuncture Council.
Acupuncture (including electro-acupuncture, moxa and cupping)
In a first consultation (usually 1 1/4 hour) I take a detailed account of the health history. This will lead me to make a diagnosis based on traditional Chinese medicine principles, taking account of any Western diagnosis. I will make detailed personal recommendations with regards to diet, exercise and other life style aspects, and these will be sent in writing to the client after the appointment. An acupuncture treatment may be included in this session. Follow-up sessions will take account of the developments since the last session and will usually last about 50 minutes.
If you would like to watch a video of me in my clinic you can watch the video on this website: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/9551938/How-acupuncture-can-help-headache-relief.html
