About me
I am a holistic therapist with over 12 years experience in the healing and well-being industry.
I truly believe in treating a person as a whole and with that in mind i offer unique sessions which are tailored to each persons individual needs.
By working with a combination of reflexology, Indian head massage, body massage, energy healing, life coaching, spiritual alignment and meditation, i am able to ensure that each person's supported physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and practically, which allows my clients to feel nurtured from the inside out.
Health and well-being has become a life style to me and a great passion. I truly enjoy understanding each of my client's needs and ensuring that they receive best support possible.
