I'm a fully accredited and insured Clinical EFT Practitioner, Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Reiki II Healer. My work is grounded in evidence-based energy psychology and blends Emotional Freedom Techniques with nervous system regulation, somatic awareness and intuitive insight. I work exclusively online via Zoom, supporting clients across the UK and internationally.

I specialise in working with professionals, creatives and highly sensitive individuals—particularly those navigating life transitions or struggling with visibility, confidence and self-expression. Clients often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, self-doubting or held back by past experiences. Together, we gently uncover and release what's been keeping you stuck, allowing new clarity, resilience and ease to emerge.

Sessions are practical, compassionate and deeply personalised. We work at your pace, addressing both the emotional roots of what you're experiencing and what's happening in the present. Many clients report feeling lighter, more resourced and more grounded after sessions, with a renewed sense of direction. You'll also leave with tools you can use between sessions to support ongoing regulation and change.

Our work begins with a complimentary 20-minute consultation to explore your goals and ensure we're a good fit. Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are tailored to your individual needs.

I believe healing doesn't require reliving the past endlessly—it requires safety, presence and the right support. My role is to create a calm, non-judgemental space where meaningful change can happen emotionally, mentally and energetically.

Approach to Matrix Reimprinting & How I Work

1. Initial consultation (free) to understand your needs and see if EFT is a good fit.
2. Commit to a minimum of 4 sessions, with more added if needed.
3. Meet weekly (ideally) or bi-weekly.

EFT is an incredible tool to release a lifetime of trauma, issues and highly charged emotions permanently.

All of my work is online, via Zoom. The location is limitless.
