The focus of my work is on the body, mind and spirit and how our life experiences are influenced by aspects of our existence beyond the conscious thinking realm.

For me it is clear, after many years of practice in different fields and working with people from all walks of life, the relationship with ourselves is the blueprint for all our interactions. I understand that creating an unconditionally loving relationship with ourselves is what brings joy and aliveness to all our experiences.

As a Counselling Therapist is use many modalities, skills and experiences to inform my practice and help my clients develop a level of self awareness than can lead to self actualisation.
The bed rock of my practice is the belief that we hold our answers within, and that validation of our authentic truth is the key to individual wellbeing.
My passion and goal is to support people be authentically themselves, enhancing their quality of life and effectiveness in the world so we can collectively create the world we want to live in.

Through the Desire based Life Coaching I like to focus developing and cultivating skills that sustain healthy relationships with others, money, sex and sexuality, business, spirituality, surpose. iIt is a great space to focus on addiction and disfunctional behaviour recovery such as codependancy, food, isolation, disfunction around relationships.

Being able to connect to our individual source of guidance is paramount. In a globalised society where uniformity rules, we have lost our capacity to follow our individual compass, the translation of information gathered in the moment for our personal journeys.
Before we anything we are humans beings, and must learn to honour that aspect of ourselves.

As a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, I understand that movement, pranayama (breath practice) and sadhana (daily practice) are key to integration.
I believe that movement is paramount to integrate healing and for change. Movement connects us to the reality of the human body, to the reality of being human.
We hold our emotional and psychological experiences in our bodies, which can be burden to the "here and now" of our lives.
Yoga, as a focus for movement, is about learning to release the past (traumas, emotions, habits and more) from our bodies; it is about our connection to self and the world around us; it is about letting go, and that includes our ideas about what life, and we in it, should be.

Approach to Meditation & How I Work

My approach is deeply anchored in the relationship to self. As a trauma informed integrative and holistic therapist, the experiences and skills I draw from inform my capacity for presence, a deep listening that guides my practice.

Our beliefs and habits determine our approach to life. They form the basis of our behaviour patterns and our responses to events and situations which means, how we perceive ourselves and what happens in our lives is influenced by what we think, consciously and unconsciously.

It isn't because life isn't going how we think it should go that we can't be happy along the way.
I understand that being able to make sense of life and the world around us during challenging times and life transitions is paramount for a successful and joy-filled journey.
I love to the adage: "how we get there there determines what we get when we get there".

I believe we can learn to fulfill our human potential, individually and collectively. If we are to create change in the world, for a better world, it starts with our individual journeys.
