My therapies are holistic, meaning I address you as a whole person. I offer pain relief and management through Advanced Myofascial Release and Jing Method™ Clinical Massage.
My techniques and self-care recommendations are evidence-based, referenced to academic research studies in my paper, "The Effects of Jing Method Advanced Clinical Massage in Adults with Chronic Shoulder Pain," which I conducted as part of my Professional Diploma.
These highly effective techniques promote relaxation, improve overall well-being, and provide both pain relief and management. To see if these therapies are right for you and get the most value, I highly recommend booking a FREE 15-minute Discovery Video Call.
Please note the rates detailed below are there to give you an idea of the therapists standard rates, we strongly advise you contact the therapist for more detailed rates and any offers they may have.

Your first visit appointment will be a 75 minute session (£105) to allow for consultation and assessment. If you are unsure about making an in-person booking, please consider booking a free Discovery Video Call or Telephone Call Back. Following your initial session, we typically recommend up to five follow-up appointments. The majority of persistent pain conditions are resolved within a total of six sessions. During these subsequent sessions, we will conduct a brief consultation and assessment to review your progress, which will then guide our treatment plan. After each treatment, we will reassess your condition and evaluate your self-care strategies and goals. We also offer shorter (45-min) follow-on sessions.
