Approach to Therapy & How I Work

Everyone is different. What is healthy food for one can be poison for another. Food may not even be the main problem!

Therefore my case reviews (health MOTs) are based on Four Pillars of health - mental & spiritual nutrition - body nutrition & movement - relax & sleep - detoxification & nature. I assess all of them based on the questionnaires, emails or talking to you, and outline some basic steps to take to strengthen these pillars, with focus on body nutrition and detoxification. If you wish to go deeper, I recommend my 3-months coaching where we can take into account functional medical testing and spend more time looking into possible underlying problems, assess the effect of supplements and tweak the dietary changes.
