Nutritional Therapist in Shepperton

If you need some help on your journey to good health, then you've come to the right place. Your body has an innate ability to heal itself when given the right conditions, and naturopathic nutrition is built on that very principle.

Since no two individuals are the same, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We take a comprehensive case history, considering every body system to work out what your body needs to return to vibrant health.

Background & Nutritional Therapy Qualifications

I pursued the study of nutrition to help people achieve optimal health. In my early twenties, I faced significant health challenges—first glandular fever, followed by persistent chronic fatigue syndrome. A nutritional therapist set me on a path of discovery, showing me just how transformative nutrition can be. From that moment, I became deeply immersed in learning, uncovering the profound connection between food and well-being.

To formalise my passion, I spent three years studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, alongside a course in Quantum Biology—fulfilling another fascination: how light influences the human health. Integrating these two disciplines has been life-changing. I've moved from chronic fatigue to exceptional health, and my mission is to help others achieve the same.

I have also taught Pilates for many years and continue to do so at a busy Pilates studio in Weybridge.

My Specialisms

From chronic UTIs to chronic fatigue, I'm interested in helping you find good health whatever health issue you are struggling with.
