My interest in healthy living began in my early twenties. After nearly 15 years of research and self-study, I found the programme that resonated with me and decided to pursue it formally. This marked the start of my professional path as a Nutritional Therapist. I am now a qualified practitioner, having graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
The knowledge I have gained has been transformative not only for my professional work but also for my personal life. During the Covid-19 pandemic, I experienced long Covid and chronic fatigue syndrome. By applying my expertise and maintaining determination, I was able to recover and ultimately achieve a greater level of health and wellbeing than before my illness.
Whether you're feeling low on energy, dealing with hormonal or metabolic issues, or simply want to improve your health, I offer a personalised support based on your symptoms.
Nutritional therapy is about the body working as a very clever whole system. Any imbalance is causing certain health issues. My approach as nutritional therapist is to find a root cause of that imbalance and fix it.
Initial consultation is the longest one and takes around 60 to 90 minutes to go through all body systems, discuss symptoms you experience, review your diet and lifestyle as well as any test results if any.
As a result you receive:
* A personalised nutritional and lifestyle recommendations
* Feedback on your diet
* Test results interpretation
* Thoroughly selected supplement recommendations + 10% discount from a trusted supplier
* Test recommendations (if necessary) + 10% discount where possible
