I hold a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy and have been in clinical practice since 2009. Over the years, my work has evolved towards a more specialised focus on fertility and reproductive health, supported by advanced postgraduate training in fertility-focused functional and personalised nutrition.
As part of my degree, I completed Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) training, which I continue to integrate into my clinical work to support behavioural change, mindset and emotional resilience. This combination allows me to work not only with nutrition and physiology, but also with the beliefs, habits and stress patterns that can influence health and fertility.
I continue to undertake regular professional development to ensure my practice is informed by current research and best clinical practice. I work within my professional scope and adhere to evidence-based, ethical standards of care.
I specialise in supporting fertility and reproductive health through nutritional therapy, including:
• Pre-conception support for women and men
• Optimising egg quality and sperm health ideally over a 3 month period
• Hormonal balance (including PCOS, thyroid health and cycle irregularities)
• Nutrient deficiencies and antioxidant support
• Gut health and nutrient absorption
• Supporting fertility alongside IVF and other assisted reproductive treatments
• Functional laboratory testing to assess nutritional status such as, hormone balance, gut health, semen and uterine microbiome testing and metabolic function where appropriate.
My approach is always tailored — recognising that fertility is influenced by multiple interconnected systems within the body.
I take a functional and person-centred approach, focusing on identifying and addressing root causes rather than managing symptoms alone. Every client or couple begins with a complimentary discovery call, followed by an in-depth initial consultation where we explore medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, fertility goals and any relevant test results.
Clients receive a bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plans, with clear explanations, practical dietary guidance and supplement recommendations where appropriate. This is over a 3 month period ideally. Functional laboratory testing may be used to provide deeper insight and allow for a more targeted approach to achieve their dream of becoming parents or extending their family.
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space and work collaboratively with clients, adapting recommendations as their journey evolves. My aim is to support fertility in a way that feels realistic, sustainable and empowering, while complementing any medical care already in place.
