I work as a person centred therapist using aspects of other counselling models to tailor the therapy to suit your requirements.
I work long term, short term, ad hoc sessions at short notice, solution focused, emotional support.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone to discuss your requirements and to see if I am a right fit for you
