For the last few years, I've been supporting survivors of sexual abuse and rape in Kent. Together we worked to figure out what was needed to feel safe again. For instance, working on:
· Managing flashbacks (and have less of them!)
· Improved sleep with less nightmares
· A calmer body with less panic attacks or being ‘on edge'
· Re-building healthy relationships and learning to trust again
· Figuring out who you are now, after this trauma
· (Very) slowly facing the things you find yourself avoiding, but want to face again
Other areas:
Low self-esteem
Anxiety and negative thinking
Depression
Family estrangement
Relationship difficulties
Fertility issues, Pregnancy trauma
Childhood trauma
Sexual abuse and recovery
Bereavement
Suicide idealization
Self harm
Sexuality and sexual relationships
I use Pluralistic Therapeutic approach, which focuses on the client's needs and preferences. It's based on the idea that each client is unique and may benefit from different methods at different times.
Through counselling, you'll also gain the tools to rebuild your self-esteem and boost your sense of self-worth. Our sessions will guide you toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and manageable.
I am down to earth, kind, empathic, and have a sense of humour. My aim is to be alongside you on your journey and in your struggles offering support and insights as to why you are probably feeling the way you do, I am passionate about empowering you to make your own decisions, realise your worth and live a life that feels authentic to you.

I offer Face to Face counselling/psychotherapy in West Malling, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone and online Nationwide, with a free 20-minute no obligation telephone consultation so you can ask any questions you may have, and so I can let you know how I work to see if I am a good fit for you. Email or WhatsApp me today so we can begin your therapy journey. Some people come weekly, others fortnightly; counselling can be hard with breaks in between and can work better for some people to have regular sessions. However, I'm aware that work and shifts can often make that difficult. So, we can work in a way to suit you. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE!
