I offer you a safe, confidential place to talk, whereby I will see and hear you, attentively. I believe patience, self-belief, and compassion to be your companions, and our work together can give you the opportunity to make those all important changes that are needed to help you and your life to grow.

My Specialisms

I am an integrative therapist, which means I draw upon different theories and skills to suit your therapeutic needs. My main speciality is bereavement, loss and anxiety disorders around health, work, family, social or death, including OCD. I help with depression, relationship problems, low self esteem, illness, issues with work, women issues, and abuse.

Approach to Psychotherapy & How I Work

My approach is relational, whereby I believe the therapeutic relationship between us is the key to enable your therapy to be successful. I offer a safe space which is confidential, non-judgemental for long or short term counselling, working online (Zoom), or face to face on Mondays, Thursday mornings, or early evenings
