I have a sound knowledge of anatomy and physiology . I studied for an ITEC diploma in massage in 1999. Since then I have been dedicated to alleviating stress tension and muscular pain through Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish Massage techniques. I am passionate about my job and each year I take time out to update my knowledge within the holistic health and well-being industry. I offer Hopi Ear treatments, La Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Pregnancy Treatments, Organic Facial and Body Wraps. The Riverside Rooms also offers Ayuverdic Facial rejuvenation which is a non-surgical face lift treatment. There is a beautician who will cater for all your beauty needs.
