I am a Counsellor, Medium, Reiki Master, Teacher, Crystal Healer and Meditation Teacher combined with my counselling skills I can help you to find balance and meaning.

I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families with the following presenting concerns: changes in family dynamics; bereavement or other loss such as work, home etc; Illness, accident or trauma, depression, anxiety, worries or stress about the past, the present or the future; Isolation, loneliness or difficulties in a social setting, bullying, body image and more.

I am a Person Centred Counsellor who uses creative and solution focused tools to work with my clients. Which means depending on how you are as a person will inform the tools that I use for example I work with sand tray therapy, Russian dolls, letter writing, vision boards, mindfulness, psychoeducation, narrative and play therapy and more.

I will walk with you on your journey - listening, supporting and understanding.

I have worked with variety of clients dealing with anxiety, bereavement, bullying, emotional conflicts, life and work-related stress and more

For me Counselling is a space that gives you the opportunity to explore your issues past and present that are having an effect on your life.

I offer one 2 one counselling for Children and Adults, Couples Counselling and Group Counselling.

For my alternative services I run classes, courses and therapies in Auras, Chakras, Crystal Healing, Mediumship/Psychic Circles Meditation, Pendulums, Phyiscial Mediumship and Reik

I will work with you, listen to you and help you make changes or improve your wellbeing. Wellbeing is about being comfortable, healthy and happy.

Please note the Meditation is for 4 classes 1 hour each classe - run weekly but you do not have to book consecutively.
