But everything changed when I discovered the power of clearing mental blocks and limiting beliefs. I rewired my mindset, healed deeply, and unlocked new levels of growth.

When you reclaim your own inate power to master your energy and emotions, you grow, you level up. Background & Reiki Qualifications

On my journey of recovery, I learned Reiki. I found it so incredibly healing and powerful, I had to share it with others. I completed my Reiki Master Teacher training in 2009 and have been treating, teaching and empowering people one to one and in groups ever since. To this I added Crystal Healing and Colour Therapy which I combine in my treatments.

I then discovered the incredible power of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping, which has transformed so many lives, including my own. I also qualified in Energy EFT to learn how to embody high frequency, positive emotions. It is such a simple technique that I teach it in schools to empower children and teaching staff alike.

To take healing to an even deeper level, I became an Advanced ThetaHealer, which heals not just within yourself, but on a genetic and ancestral level, historic level and even soul level.

To greater understand our energy type and strengths I became a Certified Human Design Coach, to enable you to understand your true potential, where your programming may be holding you back, and how to work with your energy type to avoid burnout.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

All of my therapies are available individually, however I prefer to combine therapies for more profound results. In a Bespoke Therapy Session, we look at what needs to be overcome and decide the most effective approach.

Additional Rate Information

For optimal results, I like to combine these therapies in a Bespoke Healing Session to work through issues and clear them on all levels. Bespoke Healing Sessions are £88 for 90 minutes. Or save with the Joyfully Well Coaching Programme, with Bespoke Healing sessions Bi-Weekly or Monthly, including weekly distance ThetaHealing and message support to help you in the moment you need it. Bi-Weekly sessions are £77 a fortnight and monthly sessions are £88 a month, with no contract, you can cancel at any time (minimum 3 sessions). I also work with children, providing therapy sessions in person or via Zoom, 30 - 45 mins, £44.
