My journey into this work began with burnout, my own. As a former HR Director, I lived under constant pressure to be the calm in the storm.
Outwardly, I had it all together. But internally, I was exhausted, disconnected, and anxious. Eventually, my body forced me to stop.
What began as "just stress" became a full nervous system shutdown, leaving me bedridden for over 18 months.
It was during that time, when even basic tasks felt beyond me, that I discovered the power of embodied healing. Breathwork, gentle somatic movement and nervous system education helped me slowly reconnect with my body, find calm in my system, and rebuild from within.
That lived experience, combined with years of study and therapeutic training, informs how I now support others. I offer a grounded, somatic approach to healing, one that honours both the emotional and physiological patterns keeping you stuck, and supports change through nervous system regulation, mindful awareness, and embodied presence.

I help clients identify and shift out of chronic stress responses using body-based tools that promote safety, calm, and sustainable energy, without the need for talk-heavy sessions.
Sleep & Chronic Exhaustion
If you're tired but wired or battling burnout-related fatigue, we use restorative postures, Yoga Nidra, breath practices and nervous system down-regulation techniques to support rest, repair and improve sleep.
Embodied Movement & Somatic Awareness
Through accessible, intuitive movement, we release held tension, rewire habitual patterns and reconnect body and mind. This is especially effective for clients feeling stuck, scattered, or physically shut down.
Anxiety & Cognitive Overload
Using breathwork, somatic anchoring and mindful attention, I support clients who feel mentally overwhelmed or "on edge," helping them move from reactivity to clarity.

I offer one-to-one sessions for clients navigating anxiety, stress-related fatigue, insomnia, burnout and emotional disconnection. Each session is tailored to your needs, using somatic inquiry, breath, movement, and restorative awareness to support your system's return to regulation. Sessions are available online and can be structured fortnightly or monthly, depending on your needs. In addition, I offer "On the Mat with Nat" a weekly online group session for nervous system support and recalibration.
