Hello! I am Olivia and I offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions.
Experiencing quantum healing journeys during a period of my life when I was feeling lost really enabled me to reconnect to the multi-faceted experience of the soul and to move forward with a greater sense of freedom and empowerment. I've seen how it has helped myself and the people who have had sessions with me to come into closer relationship with their intuition, body and deeper inner trust.
Quantum healing and assisting people through their journeys is the method that makes my heart sing the most, and with this work I follow in the footsteps of my grandfather.
My approach is gentle, deep, slow and more and more body-focused. I let your subconscious or higher self show you the right experiences for you, and create a safe container to explore that, helping to anchor insight into the body.

I grew up equal parts in the United States and Germany, and also lived in Cornwall, England for four years. I visit the UK about once a year, but am conducting my work online.
This variety of experiences has helped me to become a better practitioner with a wider perspective. Currently, I am based in Berlin where I have been for the last twelve years. Sessions can be held in English or German, online.

Background & Reiki Qualifications

I have received training from amazing teachers in the realms of art, design, energy work, shamanism, hypnosis, yoga, crystal healing, permaculture, cooking and fermentation, herbalism, and other ancestral practices.
To bring body, mind and soul into balance, we must find and develop tools for each of those parts of ourselves.

Courses and experience have included: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Beyond Quantum Healing, Introspective Hypnosis, Reiki, Shamanic healing, Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Soma Yoga Teacher Training.

Approach to Reiki & How I Work

If you work with me I create a gentle, deep and safely held container. It is important to incorporate the body in the whole process, noticing when your system needs pauses or time to process what you're experiencing. I don't ever push you beyond what you're comfortable with, but I do work with your higher self to advocate for you receiving as much insight and healing as possible in each session.
After a session you may feel a little floaty at first, but will experience feelings of peace and support in the days and weeks after.
Insight from Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions can take months to integrate, so it's best to be gentle with yourself while the new energy becomes your new normal.

Additional Rate Information

Typically your first Quantum Healing Hypnosis Session is around 4 to 4.5 hours for 330£. Follow up sessions can be discussed and would usually be around 2 hours.
