Approach to Reiki & How I Work

My approach to healing is gentle, heart-centred, and intuitive. I see each client as a unique soul on their own journey, and my goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can release what no longer serves you, restore your balance, and reconnect with your true self.

I combine Reiki energy healing with my background as a Certified Health Coach (IIN) to support not just your energy, but also your overall wellbeing — emotional, mental, and physical.

Each session is tailored to you. Some people come for stress relief, others for pain support or emotional healing, and some simply want to reconnect with their inner guidance. I work intuitively, letting the energy guide our session while holding space for you to feel, release, and transform at your own pace.

I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation, which reflects my commitment to professional standards and ethical healing.

The result: a calm, grounded, and aligned state — helping you step back into your life with clarity, lightness, and confidence.
