I am an experienced and qualified therapist who has worked with a wide variety of clients.

I have two specialisms I which I work:

Couples/Relationship therapy where I work either with a couple of individuals to help them with relationship issues and difficulties.

Psychosexual therapy where I work with females who are experiencing sexual difficulties especially menopause related.

I am based in South Wales, however location is not important if a client wishes to have online therapy sessions. I practice from two premises for face to face work - one in Swansea and one in Cardiff.

Approach to Relationship Therapy & How I Work

I am a very open and relaxed therapist who aims to provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment for you to discuss your issues and to obtain help and support. Whilst most of the therapy is 'talking', I also provide questionnaires and other information so that my clients can work between therapy sessions. There is nothing I haven't heard before and you can speak completely candidly.
