I have professional insurance for all private work I do.

My Specialisms

At present I am completing my certification as an Imago Couples Relationship Therapist. I continue to work with families, individuals and am available for supervision of therapists using a systemic approach.

Approach to Therapy & How I Work

I am interested in helping people learn about their own emotional worlds, developing the skills to manage hard to approach subjects that arise for them in their relationships. I help to re-educate people to learn how be heard in the way they want to be, and how to listen accurately and hear in the way the sender wants you to hear. Through this learning people are able to grow in their relationships, developing richer experiences and safer emotional closeness.
