I work with individuals who have emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, bereavement and suicidal feelings .
I also work with couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties.

Approach to Relationship Therapy & How I Work

I work with people short term (6 to 12 weeks ) and longer term (uo to one year). I offer regular sessions in a safe and confidential consulting room. Usually people come for one session a week. My aim is to create a relationship of trust which will allow people to discuss their personal problems and lead to greater understanding of themselves and also to change any unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

My standard fee is £80 per session but I am prepared to negotiate fees depending on income. Couple counselling is £95 per session .
