We often feel, at times, overwhelmed by the thoughts and feelings going on inside our minds, which can be a struggle to process and work through on our own. I am available to provide you with a safe space to support you through this process.

My counselling experience includes working as a counsellor for two mental health apps, Vos Help and Lift Talk, and working for an American Relationship Support Website.

I am an empathetic and non-judgemental counsellor, very easy to talk to, and people feel comfortable opening to me due to my warm and caring nature.
