Approach to Counselling & How I Work
My approach is integrative, tailored and direct — because there's only one you in this universe for a limited time. We'll explore how past experiences shape your emotions, build self-direction, shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen the mind-body connection and add psycho education (so you can finally explain what "gaslighting" means at brunch).
I integrate aroma psychology into therapy to gently engage the senses, calm the nervous system, and access emotions stored beyond words. Essential oils can ease anxiety, lift mood, and support focus, helping clients feel more grounded, open and receptive to deeper self-awareness and change.

Earliest session 7 am UK time, latest 6 pm.
Limited slots: I offer reduced £40 GBP rate on the online sessions to students, trainees and NHS key workers during the standard week days hours.
