Beyond anxiety and fear

Posted by Octavian Petrescu Physiotherapist Over 1 Year Ago

What is anxiety? Most books define it as a human emotion, a inner state of unpleasantness and turmoil that is being caused by some external factor most times, like an event or happening that is not to our liking. Of course, causes and reactions can be very complex. It is often accompanied by muscular tension, restlessness, fatigue, inability to catch one's breath, tightness in the abdominal region, nausea, and problems in concentration. Also fear plays a big role here.
But the question is, since it's also most times defined as the way we react to something we do not like, is there no option or way to change our reactions? Would it not be the first place to look for our solution? Most people probably agree on that one. So then one can ask: "Yeah, why can't just relax and let it be?" . That is probably because most of us have forgotten to relax and let things go, since us being anxious about anything will not help in any way, shape or form. Things will happen as they will, regardless of pur worry or anxiety.
One solution I have found efficient during these times is breathwork. Breathing is probably the quickest way to calm down, relax your stomach, lower your blood pressure and general wellbeing. Breathwork can help you with long term anxiety, depression, lack of sleep and concentration, fatigue and many more. It can literally turn your life around if you do not like where it's going.
So I invite you to a free 30 minute demo 1-1 session , where I can show you some basic things you can do if you are suffering from any of the above and much more. Just send me a private message and I will reply as soon as I can.
