Anchor yourself to Success

Sometimes we allow fearful thoughts to dominate our decisions. Too much thinking can destroy our forward momentum. When fearful think about a time when you were really at the top of your game, what you achieved, how you felt at that time. Maybe you can link it to a piece of your favourite music (very powerful). Anchor those those thoughts when they are most powerful in your mind by pressing your forefinger and thumb together and then let go as the feeling subsides. Keep practicing this technique.
